This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically records information in server log files transmitted by your browser — typically including your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, browser, and operating system. These data are processed solely to ensure trouble-free operation and security. The legal basis is my legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel; transfers to the USA are based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Log data are deleted after a short period unless required for evidentiary purposes.

3. Contact Form & Email

When you contact me via the contact form or by email, I process the data you provide (name, email address, and message content) solely to handle and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data are deleted once your request has been conclusively processed and no retention obligations apply.

4. Email Delivery via FormSubmit

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). The data you enter are transmitted to and processed by their servers. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in reliable email delivery pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Your browser connects to Google's servers to retrieve the fonts, which may involve your IP address being transmitted to Google. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a visually consistent presentation pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies & Tracking

This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics services. Only your preferred color scheme (theme) is stored locally in your browser via localStorage for technical reasons; this data never leaves your device.
